There is a photo you use; a monk is sitting on the chutney jar. I object to use it because No monk uses to eat garlic. So pls remove one of them; Garlic from the chutney or MONK from the picture. Thank you!

Its a must have in a chinese cuisine. My chinese food is always incomplete without schewzan sauce. I cant imagine my chinese food to be delicious without schewzan sauce.

Made this with lemon and ginger. Color changed from bright blue to bright purple after adding lemon. It was magical. Liked the taste.
I must say it's a magical colour changing tea. Add honey and it'll turn maroon and add lemon to turn it pink. It was really amazing.
