Ingredients
Bechef Pizza Pasta Sauce - 2 cup
Cream Cheese - 150 gm
Processed Cheese (grated) - 150 gm
Aubergine (big) - 2 nos
Butter - 2 tbsp
Directions
Cut aubergine(egg plant) into thin circles.
Cook aubergine in the microwave for 2 minutes or till it softens.
Take a microwave safe bowl.
Make one layerBechef Pizza Pasta Saucein the bottom of the bowl.
Place aubergine on the layer of sauce.
Make a layer of cheese cream.
Make a layer of processed cheese.
Repeat all the layers 2 more times.
Put the bowl in the microwave for 5-8 minutes or till cheese is melted.
Serve it hot
