About Hot Wings Sauce

Buffalo style hot wings sauce- a classic American style sauce, is widely used to make mouth watering chicken wings. It’s origin dates back to 1964 where Teressa Bellissimo invented the sauce.

The chicken wings are deep fried and coated with the mouth watering hot sauce. Alternatively, they may be baked, grilled or boiled. Hot wings are served with a side of celery sticks, carrots and a dip of blue cheese or Ranch dressing.
