Hot Chicken Wings
Chicken Wings : 10 Nos, Bread Crumbs : 1 cup, Buttermilk : 1 Cup, All Purpose Flour : 1 Cup, Eggs : 3 Nos. Bechef Hot Wings Sauce : 1 Cup, Butter : 50 g, Oil to fry
Marinate Chicken wings in Buttermilk for minimum of 30 minutes. Season Well with Salt and Pepper. Crack eggs and beat well in a bowl. Dip Marinated chicken wings in Flour, Eggs and Bread crumbs and ready the wings for frying. Fry chicken wings for 7 minutes or until done. Heat Butter in a large pan, Add Bechef Hot Wings Sauce and Toss fried Chicken wings until Nicely coated. Serve Hot with All That Dips Garlic Aioli
