Easy Recipe

Veg Tajine

Ingredients Needed :

Potato Wedges : 300 g, Carrot Wedges : 300 g, Boiled Chickpeas : 100 g, Onion - 200 g diced, Ghee 2 tbsp, Tomato Paste : 3 tbsp, Bechef Harissa Sauce : 3 tbsp, Water half cup

Recipe

Heat Ghee in a heavy bottom pan, Saute onions for 2 - 3 minutes, Add Tomato paste and Bechef Harissa Sauce to the pan and mix well. Add Potatoes, Carrots and Boiled chickpeas to the pot and add water. Season with salt and pepper. Cover the lid and cook for 15-20 minutes. Serve Hot with Rice.

Suggested Uses

Dip : Use as a spicy chutney for Bhajjis, samosas or Dahi kebabs

Spread : On pita bread with doner kebab, sandwiches or pizza

As curry paste: in soup or in Tajine.

Total Scam

Somehow ended up subscribing in error.
Tried to cancel subscription online, via email and their automated chat.
Online didn’t look like it had unsubscribed and no confirmation email received.
Emails all returned so no joy there.
Online chat says my email address has no subscription.
So why are they still trying to take money from my account?
Finally reported to bank as fraud so now have to await new card.
What pain this dreadful company has caused me.
Avoid at all costs.

Jain Sweet Chilli Sauce

Bad quality sauces

Harissa is not even close to be authentic, it tastes like typical Chinese red chilli sauces that are widely available in the market. All the sauces I ordered were very bad quality as they all tasted of some bad chemical that had an extremely sour taste. It was rejected by 10/10 people in my tasting session for my Restaurant. All the sauces i ordered consistently had that same foul taste. They also messed up the order twice and it takes on an average of 10 days for the products to get delivered.
