Sabudana Khichdi is a classic recipe eaten as a meal while having fasts across western and northern India. We have developed a recipe that is a twist on this classic take with Bechef Sriracha swing, a spicy and zingy take on the classic sabudana khichdi for days of indulgence.
We Indians know what importance does a sabudana holds during our fasts. We also know that there is maximum 2-3 ways to make sabudana recipe, depending on household to household. But, why to eat this dish in only those couple of typical ways? Let's add a twist to the recipe using our Bechef Sriracha Sauce.

Ingredients
Bechef Sriracha Sauce - 2 tbsp
Sabudana (soaked) - 2 cup
Cumin Seeds - 1 tsp
Onion (chopped) - ½ cup
Potato (small cubes) - ½ cup
Curry Leaves - 8-10 leaves
Cooking oil - 2 tbsp
Tomato (chopped)- ½ cup
Roasted Peanuts - ¼ cup
Directions
Add cumin seeds to hot oil.
Add onion, Potatoes and cook until the potatoes soften.
Add curry leaves and tomatoes and cook for 1 more minute.
Add a twist ofBechef Sriracha Sauce.
Add soaked sabudana and mix it well.
Cook for 2-4 minutes and add roasted peanuts.
YourSriracha Twisted Sabudana Khichadi is ready.
