Simplest and Quickest Schezwan Egg Noodles : Street style Chinese at Home
If you love Street Style Chinese food like I do, then you know there tastes nothing, I repeat, nothing more delicious, chatakedaar and spicy like Egg Schezwan Noodles.
We have created this simple recipe with a scene of Wok flying those noodles up in amidst the hustle of the street. Try out this easy to cook and yummy to eat Schezwan Egg Noodles at home using Bechef Schezwan Sauce.
Bechef Schezwan Sauce - 3-4 tbsp
Noodles (boiled) - 250 gm
Ginger (finely chopped) - tbsp
Garlic (finely chopped) - 1 tbsp
Red Bell Pepper (julienne cut) -½ cup
Yellow Bell Pepper (julienne cut) - ½ cup
Green Bell Pepper (julienne cut) - ½ cup
Onion (sliced) - ½ cup
Carrot (julienne cut) - ½ cup
Salt - To taste
Black Pepper powder - 2 tsp
Egg (raw) - 1 no
Egg (boiled) 1 no
Cooking oil - 3-4 tbsp
Spring Onion - For garnishing
Soy sauce - 1 tbsp
Chilli sauce - 1 tbsp
Vinegar - 1 tbsp
Heat a pan and add oil.
Add raw egg, salt and pepper.
Stir well until the egg cooks.
Keep this egg aside.
Take another pan and heat it up.
Add oil, ginger and garlic.
Cook for a while.
Add Red, Yellow and Green Bell Pepper, Onion and Carrot.
Add Soy Sauce, Chilli Sauce, Vinegar, and stir well.
Add boiled eggs.
AddBechef Schezwan Sauceand mix it well.
Add Noodles and mix it well.
Garnish with spring onion and cooked eggs ,noodles are ready to serve.

How to improve ?
Use boiled chicken, marinate it in Bechef peri peri sauce and cook it well and use it as a topping along with a half properly boiled egg and some spring onion with a hint of coriander

Use peri peri or sriracha sauce instead of schezwan sauce.
