I'm sure if you are looking at this recipe, you are instantly a big fan of Non-vegetarian Food. But did you know chicken lollipop is an Indian originated dish that is prepared using the middle segment of Chicken Wing or Thigh.
We are going to use Bechef Schezwan Sauce in this recipe to make the chicken more tender and spicy!
Schezwan Chicken Lollipop : Hot and Delicious Recipe!!!
Chicken Lollipop usually stands out from Chicken Wings by two ways:
1. Its color, pure dark red. Although, as Bechef's USPs, we won't add any color Additives to this dish.
2. The only job is to make the chicken lollipops out of chicken wings is to put it in a simple basic statement, you literally need to push the meat off from one side of the bone to the next.
So let get started and make Schezwan Chicken Lollipop using Bechef Schezwan Sauce.

Ingredients
Bechef Schezwan Sauce - 3-4 tbsp
Chicken (Leg Piece) - 6 nos
Garlic (finely chopped) - 1 tsp
Ginger (finely chopped) - 1 tsp
Corn Flour - 2 tbsp
All Purpose Flour - 2 tbsp
Soy Sauce - 1 tbsp
Vinegar - 1 tbsp
Cooking Oil - For frying
Salt - To taste
Black Pepper Powder - 1 tsp
Spring Onion - For garnishing
Egg - 1 no
Ketchup - 2 tbsp
Directions
Take a mixing bowl.
Add Garlic, Ginger, Soy Sauce, Vinegar, Salt, Black Pepper Powder.
AddBechef Schezwan Sauce.
Add chicken to the marination.
Add Corn Flour and All purpose flour.
Mix it well.
Break an egg into a bowl and coat chicken with egg.
Heat up the cooking oil for frying
Fry Chicken until golden brown.
Heat up the pan and add oil.
Add Ginger, Garlic, ketchup, Salt and black pepper powder.
AddBechef Schezwan Sauce.
Add fried chicken to the pan and mix it well.
Take out the chicken on a serving plate and garnish with spring onion.

How to improve ?
Use bechef harissa or peri peri sauce for the marination of the chicken lollipop, and coat it with bread crumbs for extra crispness
