Preparation

1. Thinly julienne Onion, Capsicum and carrot. 

2. Heat 3 cups of water, Add 1 tbsp salt and 1 tbsp Sesame Oil and boil noodles Untill done. Strain and keep aside

3. Take 2 cloves of Garlic and crush

4. Thinly Julienne 1 inch of Ginger 

5. lightly toast peanuts and set asice

Recipe

1. Heat 2 tbsp Sesame Oil in a wok and add garlic, let it brown.

2. Add Thinly chopped Veggies, ginger and toss

3. Add 3 tbsp Bechef Kung Pao Sauce and mix well

4. Add Noodles and stir fry. 

5. Garnish with Peanuts, sesame seeds and chopped spring onions.
