Kung Pao Noodles - Easy Recipe
Bechef Kung Pao sauce is an ideal companion for all your everyday needs. Its easy to make dish which will be ready within 5 minutes. You need 15 minutes of prep time for this recipe. Very tasty, nutritious and packs a punch of flavor.
Bechef Kung Pao Sauce - 3 tbsp
Onion - 1 thinly scliced
Green Capsicum - 1/2 Julienned
Garlic - 2 nos , crushed
2 tbsp peanuts
2 tbsp Sesame Oil
1 inch ginger thinly julienned
1 tbsp chopped Spring Onion
1 tsp sesame seeds
salt and pepper to taste
Noodles - 2 cup , boiled
Thinly julienne Onion, Capsicum and carrot.
Heat 3 cups of water, Add 1 tbsp salt and 1 tbsp Sesame Oil and boil noodles Untill done. Strain and keep aside
Take 2 cloves of Garlic and crush
Thinly Julienne 1 inch of Ginger
lightly toast peanuts and set asice
Heat 2 tbsp Sesame Oil in a wok and add garlic, let it brown.
Add Thinly chopped Veggies, ginger and toss
Add 3 tbsp Bechef Kung Pao Sauce and mix well
Add Noodles and stir fry.
Garnish with Peanuts, sesame seeds and chopped spring onions.
