Italian Egg Bhurji : Zayka Italy ka!
Egg Bhurji is an Indian dish made out of a lot of spices, veggies of our choice and scrambled eggs. Well, no offense but simple Egg Bhurji is too mainstream now, let's give it a Bechef twist to this dish by making our Italian Egg Bhurji using Bechef Pizza Pasta Sauce. Let's get started!!
Bechef Pizza Pasta Sauce - 3-4 tbsp
Egg (raw) - 2 nos
Garlic (finely chopped) 1 tsp
Ginger (finely chopped) 1 tsp
Onion (finely chopped) - ½ cup
Cooking Oil - 2 tbsp
Ketchup - 1 tbsp
Green Bell Pepper (chopped) - ¼ cup
Oregano Seasoning - 1 tsp
Cheese (grated) - For garnish
Heat up the pan and add oil.
Add garlic and ginger, stir well
Add onion, cook for 1 minute.
Break eggs in a pan and mix it well.
AddBechef Pizza Pasta Sauce.
Add ketchup and Green Bell Peppers.
Mix well, sprinkle oregano seasoning on bhurji.
Garnish with grated cheese.
