Spicy Sriracha Quinoa Pear Salad : Healthy Recipe for weight loss
Quinoa is high in Fiber, Protein and has low glycemic index. And, these properties in-turn, will help you in weight loss and improved health.
But, the taste of Quinoa is neutral and baseless. To add amazing taste to it, in this recipe, we are going to cook quinoa with Bechef Sriracha Sauce.
Bechef Sriracha Sauce - 2 tbsp
Onion (finely chopped) - ½ cup
Tomato (finely chopped) -½ cup
Green Chillies - 1 tbsp
Coriander Leaves (finely chopped) - ¼ cup
Chilli Sauce - 1 tsp
Quinoa - 1 cup
Pears (dised) - 1 cup
KidneyBeans - ½ cup
Jalapenos - 2-3 tbsp
Salt - To taste
Black Pepper Powder - 1 tsp
Take a mixing bowl.
Mix onion, tomatoes, green chillies, coriander leaves, chilli sauce in a bowl.
Add 1 tbspBechef Sriracha Sauceto the mixture.
Take another mixing bowl.
Mix quinoa, kidney beans, jalapenos, pears, salt and black pepper.
Mix both the mixture.
Salad is ready.
