Ingredients
Bechef Burnt Garlic Sauce - 2 tbsp
Ginger (finely chopped) - 1 tsp
Onion (finely chopped) - ½ cup
Soy Sauce - 2 tbsp
Bechef Sweet Chilli Sauce - 1 tbsp
Vinegar - 1 tbsp
Yellow Bell Pepper (diced cut) - ¼ cup
Red Bell Pepper (diced cut) - ¼ cup
Rice (boiled) - 2 cup
Spring Onion - For garnish
Mushroom (sliced) - 1 cup
Cooking Oil - 2 tbsp
Salt - To Taste
Black Pepper Powder - 1 tsp
Directions
Heat up the pan and add oil.
Add ginger and onion and stir well.
Cook for 1 minute.
Add mushrooms to it and cook for another 1 minute.
Add red and yellow bell pepper and give it a nice stir.
Add soy sauce, vinegar, salt and black pepper powder.
We love the authentic taste of burnt garlic, doubled up with mushroom and you are in for a feast.
How to improve it ?
Add your favourite type of topping, like shredded chicken, tofu, paneer etc marinated in our harissa sauce and drizzled it up with the spicy sriracha sauce for a kick of spice
