Healthy Breakfast Recipe : Mushroom Omelette with Hummus

Healthy Breakfast Hummus with Mushroom Omelette

 

Mushroom Omelette With Classic Hummus

Ingredients:

2 eggs, 4 mid sized Mushrooms, 1 teaspoon Garlic Paste, 1 Fresh pod of rosemary, 1 teaspoon Mustard Sauce, 3 teaspoons Extra Virgin Olive Oil, 1 tea spoon Red Chilli-flakes, A dollop of AllThatDips Classic Salted Hummus and Salt to taste. 

Recipe

 

1) For the Stuffing

Roughly Chop mushrooms.

Heat 1 tea spoon Extra Virgin Olive Oil in a flat pan

sauté Mushrooms with garlic paste 

Add rosemary and Red Chilli Flakes and a pinch of salt.

Let it sweat till done.

2) For Omelette 

Crack open 2 eggs, add salt to taste and Mustard Sauce 

Mix well.

Add one tea spoon Extra Virgin Olive Oil on the pan and make a regular omlete.

3) Roll over the omelette and add the stuffing like a dosa filling.
