1.Take a small bowl of Dosa batter by adding one tsp salt.
2.Take some sliced capsicums, onions, sweetcorns, etc.
3.Heat a tbsp of oil in a pan/kadhai.
4.Put the dosa batter and give it a fine round shape.
5.Cover the lid, once one side of the uttapam is done flip it over and let the other side cook as well.
6.Then, add the Bechef Pizza and Pasta sauce.
7.Put some cheese or a lot of cheese as you like, and then the vegetables.
8.Sprinkle some oregano and chilli flakes.
9.Cover the lid for about 10 minutes in low flame.
10.Then, take the pizza uttapam out and enjoy.
