Sriracha Soya Keema Roll(2 way)
Bechef Sriracha sauce is our take on the classic Thai Style Sriracha sauce. Sriracha Keema roll is a very easy to make recipe which can be prepared using very basic ingredients. Soya is high in fiber and high in protein and is healthy to eat. So this recipe is healthy to eat and easy to make.
Bechef Sriracha Sauce - 3 tbsp
Yellow Bell Pepper (chopped) - ½ cup
Red Bell Pepper (chopped) - ½ cup
Onion (sliced) - ½ cup
Onion (finely chopped) - ½ cup
Cooking Oil - 2-3 tbsp
Ginger ( finely chopped) - 1 tbsp
Garlic (finely chopped) - 1 tbsp
Fresh Green Peas - ½ cup
Soya Granules (soaked and drained) - 1 cup
Tomato Puree - 2 tbsp
Ketchup - 2 tbsp
Salt - To taste
Black Pepper Powder - 1 tsp
Cheese Sauce - 1 cup
Tortilla - 2 nos
Butter - 2 tbsp
- Recipe (Filling) :
Add oil to a heating pan.
Add Ginger Garlic and give it a stir.
Add Chopped Onion and cook for 1 minute.
Add fresh green peas, yellow bell pepper, red bell pepper, tomato puree and ketchup.
Cook for 1-2 minutes.
AddBechef Sriracha Sauce.
Add Soya Granules, mix it well and cook it for 1 minute.
Recipe (Spread/Dip) :
Take Cheese Sauce.
Add Bechef Sriracha Sauce and mix it well.
Use this as a Dip and also Spread.
Recipe (Roll) :
Take a tortilla and spread a Bechef Sriracha Cheese Spread on it.
Place some filling on a tortilla and garnish with sliced onions.
Make a roll and place it on a hot grilling pan.
Add butter on each side grill until you get nice grill marks.
Serve with the Bechef Sriracha Cheese Dip.
