Italian Khichdi By Chef Miral Bhavsar
I have prepared Khichdi designated as national food of India. #HomeCookingContest
1 cup moong dal
1 cup rice
Pinch turmeric powder
to taste Salt
4 cups water
Arrabita Bechef sauce
Cabbage ( all vegetables finely chopped)
Carrots (half )
Onions 1 small
Capsicum (half )
Green onions (1-2 strands)
Ginger (small piece)
Tomatoes (1 small finely chopped)
Tomato catch-up 1sp
Red chilly powder 1sp
Coriander powder 1sp
Add all khichdi ingredients in a pressure cooker and cook a soft khichdi.
Now take a pan add oil or butter and cumin seeds. Let it cracked then add all the veggies with spring onion , Garlic, Ginger. Sautee all vegetables until it cook .
Now Arrabita sauce. Mix well together.
Add basic masala , chilly powder, turmeric, coriander powder mix well together.
Add tomato sauce which enhance the taste of Arrabita khichdi.
Cook it 2 minutes low flame.
Ready to serve.🥗
Garnish healthy dish with some finely chopped veggies.
