Bechef Schezwan Aloo Tikki Burger
Yummy Schezwan Aloo Tikki Burger
Ingredients :
Buns - 2 nos, Cabbage leaves - 2 nos, Boiled mashed potatoes - 2 bowls, Grated Carrot - 1 cup, Chopped Green Chili - 2 tbsp, Chopped tomatoes - 1 cup, Chopped Onions - 1 cup, All purpose flour - 1 cup, Bechef Schezwan Sauce - 3 tbsp, Corn starch - 1 cup
For Coleslaw - All That Dips Chili Garlic Aioli - 2 tbsp, finely chopped onions, coriander, cabbage, carrot - 1 cup
How to make :
- In a bowl, take mashed potatoes, add grated carrot, green chili, tomatoes, onions, Bechef Schezwan Sauce, corn starch and mix them well.
- Grease your hand with oil and give the mixture a tikki like shape
- In a plate, take all purpose flour
- Take the tikkis and coat it with all purpose flour, set aside
- In a pan, heat the oil
- Slowly put the tikki in between the pan and pan fry it for 2-3 mins until one side has turned brown
- Flip the tikki to other side and again fry it for next 2-3 mins until it turns brown, take it out on a plate and set aside
- In a small bowl, put all the chopped veggies i.e. onions, coriander, cabbage, carrot
- Add All That Dips Chili Garlic Aioli in the bowl
- Mix them well together, set aside
- Now take the burger buns, cut them in half
- In the lower half, spread All That Dips Chilli Garlic Aioli Mix Coleslaw
- Place a cabage or lettuce leaf
- Spread Bechef Schezwan Sauce on top of it
- Place the tikki above and close the upper half of the burger
