By participating in the Bechef India “SuperStar Food Blogger Contest" section of All That Dips’s Facebook/Instagram page, you indicate that you accept these guidelines and terms of use and that you agree to abide by them. All the house rules on this site are hereby incorporated into these terms and conditions by reference and shall therefore form and operate as part of these terms and conditions. Each user hereby warrants and undertakes to comply with these terms and conditions together with all the house rules. Any violations of these terms and conditions shall make the user liable for any breach and shall lead to forfeiture of any prize and or benefit arising from participation in the contest.

ELIGIBILITY:
Your membership and participation are completely voluntary. You represent and warrant that all registration information you submit is true and accurate. You agree to maintain the accuracy of such information. You further represent and warrant that you are eighteen (18) years of age or older and that your use of the contest page (www.facebook.com/Bechefbyallthatdips ) will comply with the applicable laws or regulations. You are hereby advised not to participate in the contest if you are less than 18 years old. For participants younger than 18 years of age, we require a consent from adult guardian ( age above 18 years for safety of the participant). Each winner in the contest user hereby undertakes to provide a sworn declaration of age and birth certificate failing which any prize won shall be forfeited.
PRIVACY:
Any personally identifiable information we may collect from you is subject to the guidelines established in our Privacy Policy. Please refer to this link All That Dips Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy is hereby incorporated into and made a part of these terms and conditions.
HOW IT WORKS
The “Superstar Food Blogger Contest” contest in which entrants submit a video blog of them using bechef sauces. Winners are chosen based primarily on their creativity and how they feature Bechef Sauce.
- Participants can add an unlimited number of submissions to the contest but can be awarded only once during the whole contest by a Paytm gift voucher.

Participants will have to take min 3 pictures for the eligible entry along which they will submit their entry in blog post/ facebook post/ instagram post with a proper description on how you enjoy bechef sauces.
OR
- Participants can take a video featuring Bechef Sauce and how they love to use it. The Video needs to be minimum 2 minutes long featuring the contestant and Bechef Sauce.
- Participant will have to tag us on Facebook ( www.facebook.com/bechefbyallthatdips) or Instagram Page ( www.instagram.com/all.that.dips) and use #superstarfoodblogger, #allthatdips & #bechef
MAIN PRIZES & WINNERS CHOOSING
- At the end of the contest, 10 users with most interesting entry will be judged by a panel of judges.
- Social sharing is encouraged, more likes and share and tags your post has more likely to be adjudged by us a winners.
- User gathers votes for his/her submissions during the whole contest. Each of the users will have opportunity to promote his work by soliciting votes from family and friends on their own social media platforms.

Multiple entries are permitted, but each entry must be submitted separately.
Each user hereby warrants that all pictures and information posted and or used in any manner whatsoever during the contest and or at any time are original and that he/has exclusive ownership of the intellectual property in such pictures and all information.
ALL THAT DIPS PVT LTD shall have the right at its sole discretion to retain and use any or all comments, suggestions, data or other information (collectively "Information") contributed by a user to the ALL THAT DIPS contest in current or future products or services, without further compensation to the user. By signing up for the contest, each user hereby assigns to All That Dips Pvt Ltd all his/her intellectual rights in any picture and or information submitted/uploaded in relation to the contest. Each user hereby agrees that such assignment of intellectual property rights shall be entire, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free, inclusive of right to use, reproduce, copy, publish, broadcast, modify, delete in its entirety, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from and/or distribute such content and/or incorporate such content into any form, medium or technology throughout the world including, without limitation, for any and all advertising, promotion and other purposes of trade.
Phone numbers/ contact details will be collected by the company to acknowledge winners to enable All That Dips Pvt Ltd and related partners to contact participants in line with the terms and condition of the competition. Phone numbers are, and will not be stored for another purpose nor shared externally.
COMPETITION RULES:
PHOTO QUALITY
Photos must be in a JPEG format and can be no larger than 5MB. A resolution of 612 pixels wide by 612 pixels high is considered ideal.
Video Quality :: HD videos are recommeneded
JUDGING
Regardless of any online judging done by the general public, ALL final decisions are subject to All That Dips Pvt Ltd's sole discretion.
WINNERS AND PRIZES
Winners will be selected on September 5th 2020 by 11:59 pm PT. The proposed winners will be notified via e-mail within twenty-four (24) hours of the close of the final judging period and will be required to sign and return an affidavit of eligibility and liability/publicity release within five (5) days of the date of notification; otherwise, the prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner will be selected based on the next-highest score.
For the main prize, the names and photos of the winning submissions will be announced on July 10th, 2020 on the All That Dips’s Facebook page www.facebook.com/bechefbyallthatdips .
23 winners with the adjudged by the judges, on basis of style, creativity and overall appeal will win total prizes Rs 25000 through paytm transfers in Gift Wallet.
Each user hereby warrants and undertake that he/she shall
1. not attempt to impersonate another user or a person who is not a user;
2. not use any information obtained from the All That Dips’s facebook page for any unlawful purpose
3. ensure that his/her contribution does not contain any material that violates, invades, or infringes another’s rights, including but not limited to privacy, publicity or intellectual property rights, or that constitutes copyright infringement;
4. ensure that his/her contribution is wholly original and created entirely by him/her and does not incorporate or include anything that is owned by a third party or would require the consent of a third party;
5. ensure that his/her contribution does not contain content that is be false, inaccurate or misleading;
6. The contribution must not contain brand names or trademarks of any person whether artificial or natural.
7. ensure that his/her contribution does not display any commercial/corporate advertising (including but not limited to corporate logos, brand names, slogans, political, or religious statements) other than All that dips Pvt Ltd brands;
8. ensure that his/her contribution shall not contain adware, chain letters, junk mail, unsolicited mass mailings, spam, pyramid schemes, advertisements, personal solicitations or commercial solicitations;
9. ensure that his/her contribution does not contain viruses, Trojan horses, worms, bots, spyware or any other computer code that is intended to damage, interfere with, or surreptitiously intercept or expropriate any system, data or information;
10. ensure that his/her contribution does not contain material that is inappropriate, indecent (including but not limited to nudity, or pornography), profane, obscene, hateful, tortuous, defamatory, slanderous or libelous (including words or symbols that are widely considered offensive to individuals of a certain race, ethnicity, religion, sexual orientation, or socioeconomic group);
11. ensure that his/her contribution does not contain material that promotes bigotry, racism, hatred or harm against any group or individual or promotes discrimination based on race, sex, religion, nationality, disability, sexual orientation or age;
12. ensure that his/her contribution does not include any information that references other pages, addresses, email addresses, contact information or phone numbers;
13. ensure that his/her contribution does not contain criminal or tortuous activity, including but not limited to child pornography, fraud, trafficking of obscene material, drug dealing, or gambling;
14. ensure that his/her contribution does not include solicitations of money or services;
15. ensure that his/her contribution does not contain personal information from anyone under 18 years of age with or without consent.
16. not (1) Select or use a screen name of another person with the intention of impersonating that person,
(2) use a screen name of anyone else without authorization,
(3) use a screen name in violation of the intellectual property or other legal rights of any person
MODERATION:
Each user hereby agrees and warrant that All That Dips Pvt ltd has the right to monitor, review, remove or refuse your submission or any portion thereof, and you acknowledge that you are entirely responsible for the contents of any submissions.
VIOLATIONS OF TERMS:
In addition to any legal remedies that All That Dips pvt Ltd may have arising violation of the terms of these Guidelines, All That Dips Pvt Ltd shall also have the right in its sole discretion to suspend or terminate your access to the All That Dips Facebook/ Instagram page.
RELATIONSHIP OF THE PARTIES:
The contributions provided by any user shall not to be considered as representative of the views of All That Dips Pvt Ltd or any of its subsidiaries or affiliates. In addition, no confidential or other relationship, fiduciary or otherwise, exists between any user and All That Dips Pvt Ltd. As such, each party shall be and act as an independent contractor and not as partner, agent, employee or employer of the other and shall not bind nor attempt to bind the other to any contract.
MODIFICATION OF THESE COMMUNITY GUIDELINES / TERMS OF USE:
All That Dips Pvt Ltd may modify the terms of this Agreement at its sole discretion and without notice, which modification shall be effective immediately. Accordingly, each user is advised to check this page regularly for updated or additional guidelines.
