Stir Fried Vegetables : Healthy Khane ka naya Tareeka!
Stir fried vegetables are the most healthiest possible meal available. You can choose the vegetables of your choice and mix it with your favorite sauce (Let be it from Bechef ;P) and Voila!!! It's ready to eat, easy to cook and even easier to digest.

Ingredients
Bechef Burnt Garlic Sauce - 4 tbsp
Chilli sauce - 2 tbsp
Cooking Oil - 4 tbsp
Ginger (finely chopped) - 2 tsp
Garlic (finely chopped) - 1 tsp
Onion (diced) - ¼ cup
Yellow Bell Pepper (diced) - ¼ cup
Red Bell Pepper (diced) - ¼ cup
Mushroom (sliced) - ½ cup
Broccoli (chopped and blanched) - ¼ cup
Baby Corn (diced and blanched) - ¼ cup
Carrot (diced and blanched) - ¼ cup
Salt - To Taste
Black Pepper Powder - 1 tsp
Ketchup - 2 tbsp
Water - as required
Directions
Heat up the pan and add oil.
Add ginger, onion, yellow and red bell pepper, mushrooms,broccoli,carrot and Baby corn and stir well.
Cook for 1 minute.
AddBechef Burnt Garlic Sauceand salt and pepper.
Give it a nice stir and cook for another 1-2 minute
Recipe (Sauce):
Heat up the pan and add oil.
Add ginger, garlic, ketchup, chilli sauce and stir well.
Add water as per your requirement, shimmer till desired consistency.
Serve with rice
