Ingredients
Bechef Schezwan Sauce - 2-3 tbsp
Bechef Sweet Chilli Sauce -1 tbsp
Noodles (boiled) - 100 gm
Chicken strips - 100 gm
Ginger (finely chopped) -1 tbsp
Garlic (finely chopped) - 1 tbsp
Salt - To taste
Black Pepper Powder - 1 tsp
Soy sauce - 1 tbsp
Vinegar - 1 tbsp
Onion (sliced) - ½ cup
Roasted peanut - For garnishing
Water - 2 cup
Cornflour - 1 tsp
Spring Onion - For garnishing
Directions
Heat up the pan and add oil.
Add ginger and garlic, give it a nice stir.
Add Onion and Chicken strips.
Cook the chicken until golden brown.
Add salt, pepper, vinegar, soy sauce and stir well.
Add Bechef Sweet Chilli Sauce and Bechef Schezwan Sauce.
Mix well and add water.
Cook for 5 minutes and add cornflour slurry.
Cook for another 2-3 minutes.
Take a serving bowl, add noodles to the bowl.
Add soup to it and garnish with roasted peanuts and spring onion.

How to improve ?
Use the bechef Sriracha or bechef peri peri sauce in place of schezwan sauce.
Any suggested edits ?
Add tofu or chicken pieces diced and garnish with half a perfectly boiled egg, and spring onion and carrots for freshness in the soup
