Directions

1. Take a pan, in the pan add ½ tbsp butter. Heat till the butter melts.

2. In the same pan, add chopped onions, green bell pepper. Let it cook till the veggies are cooked well.

3. Now add Sweet corn once the ingredients are cooked, and stir it well to cook the corn more.

4. Take this mix out in a bowl and let it cool for a while.

5. On a chopping board or a big plate, take a tortilla and place grated mozzarella cheese on it. Now also add the cooked veggies mix.

6. Once you add the veggie mix, get ready for more veggies!! You also add chopped tomatoes, kidney beans that are boiled well to the tortilla.

7. We have now reached a very saucy step! You now will add Bechef Mexican Hot Sauce by drizzling it real nice on the top of the veggies on Tortilla.

8. Are you a cheese lover? Of Course you are ;P Then don’t hesitate to add more grated mozzarella cheese.

9. Fold the quesadilla real nice in a roll

10. Heat a flat pan for next 2-3 mins

11. Now add ½ tbsp butter on the pan, let it melt.

12. Place the quesadilla nicely on the pan and let it cook till it turns crisp on both sides
