This Kung Pao Tofu is a stir-fry made with dried red chilies, pepper, peanuts all tossed together in a flavorful sauce! Vegan! Sweet and spicy Kung Pao Tofu is one of my favorite ways to enjoy tofu. Pan fried tofu is tossed in a sweet and spicy sauce along with pepper, dried chilies and peanuts.

We can replace the Tofu with Paneer, Baby Corn or Brocolli for a twist to this dish.
Bechef Kung Pao Sauce - 3 tbsp
Red Bell Pepper (cube cut) - 1 no
Green Bell Pepper (cube cut) -1 no
Ginger (roughly chopped) - 1 tbsp
Garlic (roughly chopped) - 1 tbsp
Peanut - ½ cup
Tofu (cubbed)- 150gm
Vegetable cooking Oil - 1 tbsp
Spring onion - to garnish
Dry Red Chilli - 3-4 nos
Take a pan, heat 3-4 tbsp oil in the same pan. Let it heat for the next 2 mins until you see the fumes coming up.
In the pan, add finely chopped 1 tbsp Ginger, chopped 1 tbsp Garlic, ½ cup peanut and 3-4 dry red chilli.
Let them cook for the next 1-2 minutes until you no longer smell raw ingredients.
Now, add red and green bell peppers and Tofu in the same pan.
Once the ingredients are cooked well, add our Hero Bechef Kung Pao Sauce. Let the ingredients mix well with our sauce. Stir gently with love.
Now take our Kung Pao Tofu made with Bechef Kung Pao sauce in a bowl or a pot and garnish it well with Spring Onions.
You can serve it with Naan or Jasmine rice.
