Bechef Mexican Hot Sauce. 2 tbsp
Broken Wheat (boiled) - 1 cup
Ginger (finely chopped) - 1 tsp
Garlic (finely chopped) - 1 tsp
Onion (finely chopped) - ½ cup
Green Bell pepper (chopped) - ¼ cup
Carrot (small cubed and boiled) - ¼ cup
Fresh Green Peas (boiled) - ¼ cup
Potato (small cubed and boiled) - ¼ cup
Cumin Seeds - 1 tsp
Tomato Puree - 2 tbsp
Ketchup - 2 tbsp
Salt - To taste
Black Pepper Powder - 1 tsp
Garam Masala - 1 tsp
Heat up a pan and add oil.
Add Cumin Seeds, ginger and garlic and stir well.
Add onion and cook for 1 minute.
Add potatoes, cover the lid and cook for 1 more minute.
Add tomato puree, Green Bell Pepper, Carrot, Fresh Green Peas and cook for 1 minute.
Add salt and black pepper powder.
AddBechef Mexican Hot Sauceand stir well.
Add boiled broken wheat and mix well so broken wheat can be coated with the masala.
Add garam masala.
Serve hot with raita.
