I know Baigan is not loved by many people and I was one of them 😉 so I wanted to make something spicy n eye appealing that can be eaten/loved by people who completely ignore Baigan.
The colour n flavour of this dish comes from Bechef Harissa sauce... Adding this sauce bring about a total change in the flavor and taste..so yes this HARISSA BAIGAN has aroamatic flavors and is absolutely delicious...😍🍆

Ingredients –
Bechef Harissa Sauce – 2 tbsp
Oil- 2 tbsp
Brinjal – 1 Big size
Chopped Onion – 1cup
Tomato puree – ½ cup
Chopped Ginger – 1 tsp
Chopped Garlic – 1 tsp
Chopped Green Chilli – 1 tsp
Kashmiri Red chilli powder – 1 tbsp
Salt – to tastes
Fresh coriander leaves
For marination –
Bechef Harissa Sauce – 2 tbsp
Rice flour – 2 tbsp
Kashmiri Red chilli powder – 1 tbsp
Salt – to tastes
Water – ¼ cup
Method –
1] Wash a Brinjal n dry it n slit it with a knife.
2] In a bowl take rice flour, salt, Kashmiri red chilli powder, Bechef Harissa Sauce n mix n gradually add water n make a smooth paste.
3] Now marinate the brinjal with this paste using a brush.
4] Heat a pan n add oil n shallow fry the brinjal ( u can roast it in oven / Air fryer also ) n keep it aside.
5] Now in the same pan add chopped garlic, ginger, green chilli n chopped onion n cook until it become brown n then add tomato puree , salt, Kashmiri red chilli powder n cook properly.
5] Now add the delicious Bechef HARISSA SAUCE n mix properly and add lil water n cook again n finally add our Roasted Brinjal .
6] Garnish it with coriander leaves n serve hot with rice or roti.
