* Wheat flour - 1 cup
* All-purpose flour - 2 tbsp
* Salt - some
* Baking powder- optional
* Oil - 2 tbsp
* Water - as required
*Curd - 1 spoon
* Green chili
* Corns (boil with salt)
* Chili flakes, Oregano
Smoked Garlic butter- optional
* Black pepper
* Bechef / all that dips pizza and pasta sauce
* Mozzarella Cheese
* All-purpose flour- 2 tsp
In a bowl, put some Wheat Flour, All Purpose Flour, Salt, Baking Powder, Oil , curd and knead the dough by adding Water in it. The dough should not be too tight and not too loose. Apply some Oil on it and make it smooth then keep it aside for 2 hours.
For filling, keep a pan on flame, put some Oil, Butter, Garlic, Ginger, Green Chilies, Onion, Capsicum, Corns, Carrot, beet root,Salt, Mix Herbs, Black Pepper , smoked garlic butter and Bechef Pizza Sauce in it. Cook them and turn off the flame. Keep the filling for cooling down then add some grated mozzarella Cheese in it.
Take the dough and make the dough balls and roll them and then cut them in strips.
In a small bowl, take some All Purpose Flour and put some Water in it and make a paste of it.
Apply the paste on the edges of a strip, then fill the filling and join and cover it with another strip. Make the design with the fork and seal it properly.
Similarly make all the Pizza Puffs and keep them in the fridge for 20 mins before frying them.
After 20 mins, fry the Pizza Puffs in the medium heated Oil.
In this way, cheesy Pizza Puffs with Wheat Flour and Bechef pizza pasta sauce will get ready so easily at home.
