Authentic Burnt Garlic Fried Rice

Authentic Burnt Garlic Fried Rice

Ingredients: Chopped garlic - 1 tbsp, Chopped Ginger - 1 tbsp, Diced Onions - 1 small cups, Chopped Green Capsicum - 1 small cup, Chopped Red Capsicum - 1 small cup, Chopped yellow Capsicum - 1 small cup. Broccoli - 1/2 small cup, Diced Mushroom - 1 small cup, Rice - 250 grams, Bechef Burnt Garlic - 3-4 tbsp

How to make:

- Heat oil in a pan

- Add ginger and garlic 

- Add Onions, sauté for a minute

- Add Green, Red and yellow capsicum, sauté for a minute

- Add Mushroom, let it cook for a while

- Add Bechef Burnt Garlic Sauce, let it simmer for a minute

- Add Boiled rice

- Sauté rice and sauce for good 2-3 minutes on a medium flame

Take out Burnt Garlic Fried Rice in a bowl and garnish it with coriander and roasted garlic chunks.
