*Ingredients*
peri peri sauve
black pepper
salt
malai
ghee,butter
oats ya dhani ka ata
sattu
2 aubergine
2tbsp each ragi atta ,makka ka atta, salt,oil
palakboil ,patta-gobhi chopped
mint chatni
paneer

*Method*
1katori pattagobi barik karna hai.fir ek pan mai ghee butter 1tea spoon dale fir isme 3 chop ki hui lushan aur pattgobi ,black pepper n salt 1tbsp dal de, fir 2tea spoon peri peri sauce dal kar side kare.🍭
2 palak boil chop kare pain mai 1 tea spoon butter ghee dal de fir isme palak katori 1tea spoon black pepper,1tea spoon malai,1 tea spoon pari pari sause 1 tea spoon salt ab isko bhi paka kar side rakhe.🍿
*3*- Ab 2 aubergine le usko gol slice karna isme pattagobi ki filling rakhe fir 2 tamato ki gol silce kare fir filling ke upper rakhe ab iske uper palak ki filling rakhe ab aubergine ki silce rakhe .
*4* spoon sattu ka atta le.iska liquid better rakhe isme 1 tea spoon salt,1 yea spoon ,black pepper 1tbsp spoon pari pari sause dal de ab isme aubergine ko ache code kar fir oats mai achhe se for side lagate 10 min rest bad pain mai butter ghee dalke fry 🌹 .
Paneer ko gol slice kare isme 2 spoon pari pari sause black Pepper salt dal ker fry karna hai.decoration ke liye hai.🌼
Mint chatni ready karne ke ya koi se bhi chatni.
Tortilla ke liye _4 spoon madia,2 spoon ragi flour 2 spoon corn kaddukas salt pani se tite do bana le fir iski patli roti bana gol katter se kat le fir fry kar le,1 tea spoon haldi pari pari sause lagaye fir aubergine rakhe uper se app apni pasand peri peri sauce lagaye.🌺
Mast mast aubergine tortilla peri peri waise ke sath khiye or khilaye. 💐🌸
