Asian Sweet Chilli Garlic Prawns :सीफ़ूड स्टार्टर रेसिपी
Prawns are my favorite of all the meats. What I love about Pawns is how easy they are to cook! How delicious and sweet is its meat! And most importantly no bones or any hazel for eating them. Cooking Prawns can be very simple. Some of my favorite prawn dishes include Goan style prawn xacuti curry, Thai Style Prawn Satay in peanut butter and Thai red gravy sauce or Chinese style Butter Garlic Prawn.
Today we are presenting to you Asian style sweet chilli prawns.

Ingredients
Bechef Sweet Chilli Sauce - 2 tbsp
Cooking Oil - 2 tbsp
Salt - To taste
Black Pepper Powder - 1 tsp
Jumbo Prawns - 250 gm
Ketchup - 2 tbsp
Corn Flour - 1 tsp
Water - 1 cup
Soy sauce -1 tbsp
Garlic (finely chopped) - 1 tsp
Ginger (finely chopped) - 1 tsp
Sesame seed - To garnish
Directions
Take a pan and heat it for the next 1-2 mins. Once the pan is heated, add oil. Let the oil heat for the next 2 mins.
In that pan, slowly add the prawns.
Now make sure you cook nicely on both the sides of the prawn.
Once the prawns are cooked on both the sides, sprinkle salt and black pepper.
Recipe (Sauce) :
Take another pan, heat it for next 1-2 mins. Once heated, add oil and let the oil heat until the fumes come out.
Now add chopped ginger, finely chopped garlic and give it a nice stir.
Now it’s time to add sauces. You will now add ketchup, soya sauce and our hero, Bechef Sweet Chilli Sauce.
Once the sauces start to simmer, you can now add water and let the mix cook for next 2-3 minutes on medium flame.
Now once the sauces are cooked and the oil is separated, add cornstarch slurry.
After adding the cornstarch, immediately add cooked prawns and mix well for 1-2 mins.
Post mixing well, now let it cook for next 1-2 minutes.
Serve it hot and enjoy restaurant style asian cuisine at home with Bechef.
