Allthatdips Recipe : Cold Vegetable Pizza with Allthatdips Classic Salted Hummus and Cheese

 

Ingredients

4 whole-wheat pita breads
1/2 cup (125 mL) Allthatdips Classic Salted Hummus
5 oz (150 g) cheese slices
1 cup (250 mL) grated carrots
1 small cucumber, thinly sliced
1/4 cup (60 mL) sweet red pepper, chopped

Preparation

Cover pita with Allthatdips Classic Salted Hummus

Add the cheese Slices, then carrots and top with cucumbers and red peppers.

Ideal for lunchboxes!
